First, let me say that the ‘reported’ age is not true; I am a bit older than 65, although most people believe I am not EVEN close to 65! Apparently I have been blessed …and… I, certainly don't act or feel my so-called 'age'. I did not/do not mean to be deceptive, it was part of me being shocked when I first 'browsed' thru POF and saw so many people limiting who could contact them with their many pre-conceived ideas of what they 'needed' or what was 'in their best interest'.My original profile, which I have amended, went on and on about how strange and 'sabotaging' I thought this was and how I personally, do NOT even believe in aging; I am Eternal. I really tried to change it, however I found out that POF will NOT let one change one's birth date. And, regarding the "I AM LOOKING FOR..." choices, in my case, they all would apply (hopefully with the same woman).

Now, a little about me & my journey:
I am currently looking for someone who would enjoy sailing & other fun land activities. And who knows whatever else might happen; I sure don't.

I am retired and currently facilitate an Emmet Fox "Sermon on the Mount" discussion group on Sunday Morning, love ACIM (student/teacher for over 20 years) & sail and maintain my boat No, I do not live on the vessel; I live on Tierra Verde and the vessel is behind my condo. I enjoy day sailing & cruising. I am a comfortable laid-back guy and I enjoy my island-lifestyle & obviously LOVE to sail. I do frequent day sails & enjoy sailing to Key West and other southern ports 3-4 times a year.

I LOVE loving women & always have. I am a lusty, romantic, sensual, passionate,and playful Italian; I LOVE food & laughter, the sea and the experience of inexpressible JOY and find it in all things as I am just a Heart, and all I can do is LOVE. I am 'youthening' and extremely committed to seeing only the evidence of LOVE & Being only the evidence of LOVE. I have long immersed myself in exploring many of the world's Religious Traditions and have found the evidence of God-Presence (Godliness) in All Things in each & every moment. In addition to sailing I like live-theater, dinners in & out, Saturday Markets, walking, yoga, bike riding and am generally up for movies and most other things.

In one of my recent 'past-lives' I taught, for 8 years, at the University of Tennessee (College of Business) while I pursued a Doctorate, studying Org. Psych.; I totally disavow almost everything I learned in that lifetime. I later started a company (HRD/Training) got divorced, retired and raised my 2 children as a single parent. They still live in the area. I really loved my "Mr. Mom" experience and my 3 year old GRAND-daughter, The Amazing GRACE, fills me & 'takes my breath away'.

My current life experience is devoted to seeking Transcendence (to transcend the limited, material thinking that we have all ‘inherited’ and came to believe and to live in the Singularity of Spirit/Inexpressible-JOY). Tilliard de' Chardin said, "JOY is the indisputable evidence of the awareness of the Presence of God". And, one of my favorite Sufi poets, Rumi, said that 'Sufism is the sudden, unexpected experience of JOY....at the moment of disappointment'. That is my goal in this part of my life while I eagerly await Transcendence Itself to find me. Or,.... as Joseph Campbell said, 'to JOYFULLY participate in the sorrows of Life'. I have even been known to facilitate absolutely FREE "BeHappyNOW" Seminars, from time to time in various local venues…..”just for the fun/JOY/LOVE of it.

And recently, I have become compelled to be politically/socially active in promoting the 'experience' of World Community. The recent 'collapse' of the Capitalistic system (our 'old ideas' and definitions of 'success') and the growing world Consciousness is leading more and more of us to contribute to the notion that Humanity is Singular and it is imperative that we become better stewards of the planet and 're-cognize' that we are ALL Brothers/Sisters in the Oneness (The Suchness of Beingness, that we are).
