Over time, I've come to realize what I'm really looking for in a relationship. And to be honest, I'm not so sure I'll find it here. That's ok though, I once lost the remote control for my TV & found it a week later...in my freezer. You never know where you'll find what you're looking for.

So I guess I should start with who I am & go from there. I've lived in the Atlanta area for a bit over 9 years now, came here right out of highschool when I started out with the clothes on my back & a couple duffel bags with my nearest friend or relative 3000 miles away. Fast forward 9 years & I've got my dream job, amazing friends, a beautiful house, cool cars, great toys, the most utterly bad ass dog on the face of the planet. Something's happened over the past couple years where things are just really starting to happen. I know who I am, I know what I want, I've managed to strike a balance between ambition & accomplishments, I'm in a good place & on a good path all at the same time, and I'm looking for the same in a girl. I recently realized how closely cautious optimism resembles wreckless pessimism. I'm all for taking my time making sure that if something is real it's real, but I won't be the guy who ruins a good thing by freezing like a dear in headlights out of fear for what may come. I have lofty goals for the future, and I have lofty goals for today. Carpe Diem, plain & simple.

I love bein' outdoors, and I stay pretty active, so going hiking or something like that would be great. Take in the world, enjoy the leaves fallin & the cool weather, we can get to know each other without having to shout over a band or get interrupted by a waiter all day. Of course, now that I thin about it, I'm a music junkie too, so we can always hit the bars & go see a band afterwards if you haven't gotten sick of me by the end of the hike.
