I'm looking for someone to have some fun with, and possibly start building a more serious relationship. I'm fairly new to the area, (June 08), and don't know many people here, so I'd like to get out and start exploring.

I was married for 30 yrs. and I've been divorced for about a year and a half. I have a 14 yr old daughter, who spends holidays and summers with me and lives in Arizona. I started dating about a year after my ex moved out, and have dated a few guys, most have been casual, (coffee/lunch or dinner), dates. I'm enjoying my new life, and starting to adjust to life in the big city.

My pictures are over a year old and aren't very good, so please don't judge me by them, because you might miss meeting someone who is fun loving, caring, compassionate, funny, interesting, slender, fit, active, (gym 3-5 times a week), attractive, and sexy. I enjoy most kinds of music, (no rap, or opera), and like to listen to live bands, and dance (not professionally, just for fun), anything to do with nature is always great, site seeing, hiking, camping, travel, swimming, and lots of other things. I've spent the last year getting settled in a new town, and now it's time to meet some people and start enjoying my new life.

I'm looking for a man who wants the same thing I do, a commited, monogomous, relationship. Having said that, I know that a relationship begins with an introduction, a conversation, and a date, so I'm not expecting to find love at first site, I'm a realist and though I believe it does happen, you still have to get to know someone to know if you have a connection.

I don't care for men who drink excessivly, smoke or do drugs. I don't need substances to be fun, or real, but I don't have a problem with someone who drinks socially and in moderation.
