I'm new to this. I don't hang out in bars. Fate has been kinda slow, so here I am. I'm a fairly quiet, kind person. Tend to think before I talk. I have a sailboat that keeps me busy in the summer. I also like to bike ride, kayak and ski. I'd rather be outdoors than in, although I'm at the point where I prefer a nice hotel to a grubby tent anymore! Some of my activities have been a little limited because of arthritis. Like classic rock, blues, bluegrass. Don't care for heavy metal, rap, or too much "easy listening". I tend to read much more non-fiction than fiction. I'm a fairly good cook when I have someone to cook for. I'd like to find that special someone who has beautiful eyes, smile, a gentle touch, and fits in my arms just right! Someone to share life's experiences with and grow together with. Someone who has similar interests, but is still an independent person with her own thoughts, interests, and creativity.

Coffee, a drink, or a walk downtown might be good to first see if there's any mutual interet. Then dinner at a nice quiet place for a first date.
