I am raising a wonderful daughter(18) alone. Her mother is in Heaven. She will be starting college in September 09. I am already feeling the symptoms of an empty nest. It would be nice to build a relationship with someone who enjoys the beach(kayaking, music on the pier,moonlit walks with or without a glass of wine), and also has a relationship with Jesus. I do not judge, or claim perfection, but I do enjoy a church life. Not to just be religious, but to be connected to the body. I am a giver by nature. So prepare for back rubs,foot rubs,and things that I find make you happy. You are not to be a maid,or a cook. But to be my best friend and lover,and we will share everything good and bad including housework. I do not hunt(nothing wrong with it,just was not raised to). I do not glue to NASCAR or any other tv sports. I would rather be with you on a tandem bicycle,or paddling to a private place for the day.I have never been one to need a posse of male friends to rob my time.Though I have quality friends that if I did not see them for 10 years I could call and so could they(military and life friends)for anything. I will in the next few years(3-5)be spending some w/ends afloat on a boat with J. Buffett playing quietly from down below as I sit upper deck thankful to be enjoying life with you.Your family will be as important as mine.As for the social drinking.I would have leaned more to not at all,if there had been a option for seldom.Just wanted to be honest. If you are digging for gold I do not have any, but if that is what you want,I believe we could together get some. I wish you everything in life,and if I am not for you then thank you for saving us the legal expenses and all the pain for us and ours. Thank you for your time. :)

The first date is not as much value as the soulmate I am in search of.Because there might be many 1st attempts until I meet her(you). And that is the only one that will be recognized as THE 1st date. If we sense that we should be called us,then the first date will be great. If not we will just be 2 more tea sipping displaced adults without a hand to hold. May the stars line up for all the good people to find the love of their life............By the way,lol. How far west must one go before all 1st dates are a nice walk on the farm,instead of the beach? lol.
