16 months ago I lost my husband to cancer. I am a 55 year old single white woman. I am currently looking for a special man to be a good friend and someone I can trust and possably love one day. I am very close to my family, who I spend most of my time with.I have a couple of true good friends I hold close to my heart. I enjoy meeting new people. I like people with a sense of humor. I love to be outside, especially in the summer, I like to play golf but haven't for many years, I have to find a new golfing buddy, walking, fishing, boating and swimming are a few things I enjoy to do. I have had a seasonal campsite for the last 23 years. I like to go out to dinner and watching movies and when I have quiet time I read and do crossword puzzles. I live alone with my cat Bailey and she is very important to me. I love to travel. Especially to the Carribean. I am looking for a friendship that will hopefully turn into a longterm relationship. I am not interested in someone who wants to date other people and I would like to take things slow and really get to know each other. I would like to meet someone who can be completely comfortable with who they are and with who I am. Most importantly, I want to meet someone I can trust and spend special times with.
