I don’t really want much in life and certainly don’t need anything. I just want to meet a lady for a friend, a confidant, an exercise partner and someone I can make smile every morning and make laugh!!!!
While I was ridding today (Oct 15) I was thinking why I am here on Plenty of Fish . As stated I have things but things don’t feed the soul! What I am missing is your soft touch while watching a move, I miss waking in the morning and seeing you sleeping, the planning of trips, discussions of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. There are so many little things you could provide in my life and me for you!!!!
I would love to sit on my patio and watch the deer with you, look out at the stars and wonder about intelligent life on other planets! Yes those little things do add up and sharing your life with someone it the best gift of all!!! I hope this helps in your decision to contact me.
Today (Oct. 28) I crossed 6000 miles since starting to track my rides on May 20, 2008. January 1 I was at 1786.7 miles, so I have ridden 4,215.3 miles this year. Actually I have 227 ridding days since January 1st for an Average of 18.57 miles per day for every day I rode…..NOT BAD for a 58 year old dude.
Highlights:
- I rode everyday from May 30th to September 8th and traveled 2296.1 miles during those days!
- I have certain people I wave at every day as everyone knows me on my rides……which is nice!
- I have worn out two sets of tires….no flats just worn the tread off the tires.
- Out of the last 26 weeks I have ridden over 100 miles per week except 1 and it rained 4 days that week, but I still rode 84.5 miles that week.
- On July 26th I rode 50.33 miles in 3 hours 16 minutes and 28 seconds with an average speed of 15.3 MPH. When I got home the temperature was 95.7!
- All and all not too shabby.
Lowlights: Attached is a celebratory picture I took today to mark the occasion……Camera is going to the shop tomorrow to repair the lens!!! Hey it was 55 degrees.
Why not take a chance on me!!!
