About me...I love the outdoors, especially the beach. I enjoy traveling and festivals. I like surprises (nice ones, of course), like flowers. Trying new restaurants is fun. Slow dancing in the arms of that certain someone can be very nice. Candlelight, watching a movie at home, and snuggling can also be just as nice. I enjoy going out on occasion or staying home and sharing a bottle of wine can be good, too. I have a big heart and sad movies make me cry. Also, I do not have or desire to have a lot of "drama" in my life. I try to be upbeat and an optimist. I like learning new things and broadening my horizons and a think that is what a good partner does. They bring a different perspective and their own uniqueness to a relationship. I love music. I like to wear ballcaps and T-shirts, but I can also dress up for a night on-the-town and make you proud that you are with me. I consider myself "the girl nextdoor" type...very down-to-earth.

What I want...someone who is upbeat and likes to do things. I am at a point in my life where I have more freedom and time for myself and would like to start enjoying life and having fun. I would like someone who knows how to treat a lady and has manners. I want someone to whom family is important, like my family is to me. I also want someone who will be faithful. A man who takes care of himself is important to me. Being together 24/7 is not a prerequisite. It is okay to have your own hobbies/interests that don't include me and vice versa. This will give us a chance to miss each other and appreciate the other person more. Lastly, but certainly not least, it is nice to hold hands and cuddle with that someone special no matter where we are or what we are doing.

I would like to meet for a drink and talk. I don't think that a first date is the time to tell too many personal details about yourself, but more about seeing if you are attracted to each other and if you would like to see that person again.
