My friends tell me that I am very attractive also that I look, dress and act way younger than my years. I tell them it's in my genes! I have a young attitude to life and have always looked after myself. My style is funky - funky hair at least - and my dress sense has been described by a colleague as classy. I'm certainly no trendsetter although I have an interest in clothes and fashion and think I do dress young(ish!) for my age but I'm not into extreme fashions.

I enjoy having a drink, meals out, going to the cinema and theatre, dancing - strictly NOT ballroom! I work out at the gym, ideally two or three times a week although it doesn't always pan out that way.

My ideal holiday is somewhere hot where I can laze around, read a couple of books, catch a few rays and dip into the pool or sea to cool myself down. Then in the evening go for a stroll and find somewhere nice to eat.

I work part-time teaching adults and have two degrees.

I am in the process of divorcing my husband.

Can I also say that I prefer to date men who are taller than me...OK, I know I'm only 5' 6" but that's when I'm barefooted! In heels I'm at least 5' 8" and so ask that if you're less than 5' 10" you don't contact me.

Sorry if this sounds boring but I think the VERY FIRST date should be less of a date and more of a meet. Let's meet and have a tea/coffee at a coffe bar/tea rooms/garden centre during the middle of the day. That way there won't be any pressure on either of us.

If tea/coffee leads to a second date, then perhaps a meal out, somewhere quiet where we can get to know each other better.
