I'm a very caring type of person who listens closely to what the other person has to say also. I love dogs which, I have a few to keep me busy. (They have great loving personalities) Animals are drawn to my respectful loving nature. I like all types of music to but, my favorites probably are: rock/country/easy listening. I also like to cook and have learned how to cook real well on my own. I have a good collection of recipe books that I've put together over the years too.
It would be great to meet a lady who has an easy going attitude and is fairly happy most of the time and content with her life too?
Also, one of the things I believe in is, being a very patient type of person so, if there's ever a problem we can always trust in each other to work or talk things out.

I was brought up, that looks are something you are born with,..... but, your attitude is something you can always change for the better. :smilie(':down:') I believe you should take it slow and patiently and listen to each other's words. When you find that right person you need to spend quality time with them, because you never know what tomorrow might bring! I would talk with the date and find out her likes/dislikes that way, I know what options are available to work with for both of us. Since I have a pretty broad range of likes myself, I'm fairly open to many things,....?
Usually, I would take her out for a cup of coffee or to dinner first, to see if we have the same things in common. That way we could discuss things more openly. If we concur to keep seeing each other, then we could mutually agree to see each other again over dinner or show somewhere else. This way we can still discuss topics that come to mind or on a deeper level.
