I always thought that the first date should be mutually acceptable.
I would prefer my date to be comfortable with what we do and where we go...
even at the expense of my discomfort, well, a little discomfort...got to have those gentlemanly manners. Not to mention that I'm reminded of the many slaps in the head I took from my mom when I did something wrong..:)
