I have been described as "a guy's guy".

I grew up on a farm, served in the military and I prefer to be outside, camping, hiking or skiing (water and snow).
Since moving to DFW I don't get to do as much of that as I used to.
I love being in the mountains, camping in southern Colorado is an annual trip for me.

I like jumping on my motorcycle and taking off with no destination.

I like going to the Fair and riding the most extreme rides I can find. Caution: This is never a good idea after sampling all the fried stuff.

I like running and biking along the Trinity River,the FW stock show, Fred's Cafe, Kincaids, La Familia, Sundance Square, college football (OU) and pretty much any sport with a motor involved. I normally attend all three race weekends at Texas Motor Speedway.

I read two or three books at a time, not including a pile of work stuff.

I used to be a nomad but now I am an occasional traveler.

I am educated and pleased with my professional success, now it is time to enjoy life.

I tend to be conservative and yet my closest friends are card carrying, tree hugging liberals; I am not sure quite how that happened.

I am looking for someone that shares my passion for the outdoors and exploring.
Someone who wants to have fun doing so.

I want someone that I can talk to into the wee hours of the morning about everything and nothing, someone who will take care of me and let me take care of them.

I am optimistic and positive or at least I try to be, some days that's not so easy.

I have an unusual schedule and my days off rotate. If 8-5, M-F is important to you, you should probably keep looking.
