Easy going, single dad of two daughters ages 17 and 20. Just moved to Santa Barbara from Hawaii a year ago. I'm originally from San Diego. I'm easy going, laid back, very active, outdoors type.. When people ask me "hows it going" I usually respond with "just another day in paradise" :-} I usually try to make the best of situations and I try to get the best out of where I'm at. I'm I enjoy coaching youth sports, working with kids is very rewarding. I have two beautiful teenage daughters in my full custody from first marriage, long story, I'll explain if we connect. My divorce from marriage number two should be final in about a month or two, it is what it is, at least I'm honest and up front. My daughters amaze me more and more everyday. I must be doing something right. I've been in the Coast Guard for about 25 years now, its a great job. I've traveled alot, lived in Hawaii for many years. Currently we live in Santa Barbara, its a great place.

I like to stay active, I try to use the gym a few days a week, I like traveling, water sports, snow sports, biking, snorkling, fishing, being at the beach, I just bought a long skate board the other day, hopefully I dont break my neck on it, just a cruiser.. I'm also a animal lover, nature boy in many ways.. I'm up for new adventures..

I'm hoping to find my special woman to spend the rest of our lives together.

I'm the youngest of four boys, I kind of grew up as a mamas boy. I guess thats why I'm kind of a lover boy. Dont worry I'm not some kind of softy or something like that. ;-} Anyways, my mother has always been my rock. She's always been there for me, and has been my inspiration in life. I lost her about a year ago unexpectedly. She past away while I was living in Hawaii. That was the toughest time in my life. Anyways, my best attributes I guess would be, I'm very trustworthy, I'm very open and up front, what you see is waht you get. Life is too short for trying to be phoney or misleading, who needs it. So if you like, write me and lets do this..
