A little about me:

I moved to Vegas about three years ago from New Orleans. I love Vegas because of its location. I love it because everything (except home) is around four hours away. If I want to go snowboarding, there’s Brianhead. If I want to go out of the country, there is Mexico. If I want to go to the beach, California is nearby. Also it is great to live here because there is always something new to do whether it is a show, club, exhibit or etc. So I figured Vegas would be perfect. Loved it in New Orleans, but unfortunately the city will never be the same again. Love it here in Vegas, but man do I miss the food back home. Thank goodness, I know how to cook all of it.

About you: Chemistry is important. I am interested in finding a good, intriguing, non-materialistic, compassionate woman. I am very easy-going and spontaneous and am willing to try just about anything once; more if I like it.

I am very outgoing, fun-loving, respectful, hard-working, family-oriented, & big-hearted. I'm very down to earth and easy to get along with.

I couldn’t live without music and dancing. However, if you were to look at my iPod there would be a little of EVERYTHING on there.


I enjoy going out from time to time but staying in as well. I don’t go out that much because when I go out I like to drink and if I drink I don’t like to go the gym and I won’t train so I limit myself somewhat in that regards.

Some of the activities that I enjoy doing are:

Listening to music
Checking out a new film
I like going to wine tastings
First Friday’s downtown, when I can make it
I love watching food shows and anything to do with cooking (I attended culinary school for a brief time)
Going to parks and having picnics
Hiking and camping is always a good time
I have a friend who is a photographer and this really interests me; He just started teaching me about it. If you would like to see his work, his website is www.solounit.com.

I have tried but am nowhere near considered a professional (so be prepared to laugh at me) at: Golf, Swimming, Snowboarding, Skating, and Fishing.

I am constantly working on some sort of project. I like to stay busy but do make time for fun. I believe that it is good to stimulate the mind but I also believe in the old cliché “Work hard, Play hard.”

Also, I am a very positive person and I do not like to surround myself with negative people. I believe that even through the most traumatic events in your life that something positive can come from them if you ask yourself these two things: What have we learned from this (Knowledge is always a positive thing) and what positive things can come from this?

Update: I just started back in college for a degree in graphic design and that is taking up a lot of my time full time job and full time student. So don't be offended if you message me and I read your message but don't get back to you immediately. I will respond just give me a day or so. In light of the aforementioned activities let me make the following statement "Regardless of how busy my life is, I still want to have a life and meet some great people."

I feel that some sort of food or drink should definitely be involved since it is a very social factor in a date. I would do something spontaneous and fun afterwards.
