I'm laid back and enjoy spending time with friends and family. I'm not a big sports fan, but I love to go see UK play; tailgaiting with the (BIG, you were warned) family lol. I go to some of the home basketball games too. I enjoy traveling, both here and abroad. I've been fortunate to be able to visit some awesome places but really haven't scratched the surface yet. I love to eat out; Chinese, Mexican, Indian, Sushi, I am up for whatever. I think I am a good cook too lol. I watch too much tv. I'm addicted to my new HD flatpanel, the Discovery Channel, History, PBS, Comedy Central, AMC, FOX... lol, but I do love the outdoors too. Hope you are a democrat, but will welcome differing viewpoints. I am looking for my soul mate, I know that sounds cheesy but I've seen first hand what growing up in a family of divorce can be like and don't want that for my children. I've gone 36 years without any kids or exwives but I'm not in any rush. I'd rather be lonely than misereable. As for what I'm looking for in a mate, there must be an attraction. I am attracted to women who are nice, independant, intelligent, trustworthy, warm hearted, the list goes on but I tend to ramble lol. Dealbreakers include alcoholics and tobacco chewers, lol (this is Kentucky.) You must want; to be an equal, to be interested in my thoughts and dreams, to be there for me, to grow as a person with me, to be loved and held and told that everything will be alright. I would like to do something where we can get to know each other, something casual. Coffee or drinks on a patio somewhere, go for a walk in a park or do some window shopping. I'll take you to a fancy French restaurant on the third date :-)
