God has entrusted me with wonderful kids and it is my privilege an honor to be their Dad. It is my goal to help them become loving and passionate followers of Christ and people of integrity.

I was married for 23 years and have been divorced since July 2009 (seperated since 2007), so I'm pretty new to the singles scene.

Jesus is teaching me to get my identity from my relationship with Him alone. Right now my goal is to understand the depth of my redeemer's love for me and to see myself as He sees me, to learn to live loved!

I am a worshiper and a musician, a counselor and a coach, a dad, a disciple and a friend.

My friends say that I am funny. I value sincerity, integrity, and fidelity. I believe in the Bible and absolute truth.

I love football (HS, College, & Pro), I enjoy baseball, I enjoy some TV (NCIS, Bones, House, 24, Burn Notice, to name my favs), I am a movie buff, I love live theater (I saw "Wicked" a few months ago and loved it!).

I love live music, Jazz at Jimmy Mak's in Portland, or a live concert, love James Taylor, Amos Lee, Super Chic(k), Chicago, Manhattan Transfer, as well as 80's Rock and Roll.

I am a hopeful romantic. I love to spend quality and quantity time with my partner. Developing true intimacy (intellectual, emotional, and then sexual after married), passion, and chemistry are very important to me. I love to go on romantic getaways, weekends at the beach; Hood River, Central Oregon, and Seattle are great short trips.

My short term plans are to finish my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in family studies (6 credits to go) and then get my Master's and go into pre-marital, marital, and family counseling and mentoring. I am passionate about helping families stay together and thrive!
