I suppose this is where I try to peak your curiousity about me. Well, here it goes.

First and foremost I should mention that I have a 6 year old son who means the world to me. I have him every other weekend (wish it were more), so although I do have a great deal of free time, there will be occaisons that I am unavailable.

I have a great family and super friends and try to spend as much time with them as I can. I love sports, both watching and playing them. I try to get outside as much as I can. But at the same time I love to just park my butt on the couch and watch a good movie. Truth be told I would rather spend my evenings inside. Good company makes it better. So when I do venture out, I do my best to make the most of it. Makes you appreciate it more. I enjoy cooking, especially for other people. They are not always fancy meals, but they are always good. ;)

I have a job that I absolutely love but if I didn't have to work, I wouldn't.

I guess you could say that I am a straight-forward and to the point type of person. And of course I can be stubborn as hell, so the occaisonal kick in the ass is required...lol. In case you didn't notice, my sense of humour is a little off beat and I have no problems making fun at myself. I am embarassingly old fashioned. I will not pretend to be a romantic, but if you reach out your hand I will grasp it.

Hopefully I will find that certain someone to share what life has to offer. Someone who likes to do things together, yet have their own independance and interests. Someone who can be comfortable just being in the room together, not saying a word, knowing that they are wanted and appreciated.

Something simple. Maybe a drink and/or a bite to eat. Weather depending, a walk outside would be nice. Note, I am not shy of the rain or snow...lol.
