I have varied interests and am looking for a partner who would like to share some of those interests, introduce me to new ones and is comfortable with my independence in others. A sense of humor is important and the way I make it through. I enjoy outdoor activites such as hiking and camping with my family. I also like to curl up in front of a fire with a good book or board game. While I like my job, it is not my life.

My ideal partner would be able to laugh- at the world, at himself and at me. There would also be times when we could discuss important events of the day, both personal and global. I find a healthy exchange of ideas interesting and always like to hear what others have to say and for them to listen to my thoughts as well. I like a partner who is comfortable expressing their prefences. I look forward to meeting that person who makes my heart skip a beat.

A great first date might be a walk in the park- literally. A nice relaxed setting to talk and get to know one another. A bottle of wine and a blanket woumight be a nice addition too.
