There are so many things I could write in my profile but, having a bit of experience with this, I've come to believe that what I write isn't as important as how I look to you. Although I can agree with that in principal, I think that for any relationship to have long term potential (which is what I seek) or even to last a lifetime, you need so much more that pretty wrapping. Make sense? If so, keep reading...

Words that would best characterize me;
Honest, loyal, compassionate, loving, giving, respectful, intelligent, logical, responsible, confident and considerate.
At this point in my life I'm not so much looking for the next Mrs. as much as I am the one who is a really good fit. We all have our busy lives, quite hectic at times and I believe in looking at things from a realistic perspective.

I am a busy professional in the corporate world, a single, devoted father very involved in my daughters life (she's 8), a man who values family and friendships very much and who take time to enjoy the finer things in life, all work and no play makes Jack very dull boy!!!

That said, trying to find a woman in the vast expanse of Internet dating is NOT as easy as it may seem. I'm not looking to be a serial dater, I'm not seeking the attention or affection of many, I'm simply looking for ONE woman who is on a parallel path. She's secure in all areas of her life, knows who she is and how to get what she wants, loves traditionalism, believes that each day is another, new opportunity to learn and grow, she has experienced life and has something to offer other than her looks. She makes an effort and tries to understand the differences between men and women and rather than trying to change her man, uses her communication skills to effectively tell him her wants, needs and desires (easier said than done...right?) and allows him to change because she is one of the most important people in his life and pleasing her makes him happy.

So by now, hopefully, you have a fairly good idea of where I'm coming from and what I'm looking for. I'm happy to go into greater detail for you, simply ask me.
