So I'm to tell the world about myself eh? After a few, I don’t want to call them failed relationships but maybe more learning experiences, I’ve had a mix of the good and the bad and they’ve allowed me know what I want and what I don’t. While all relationships start with a few getting to know you dates and outings, I’m looking for more. I’m not looking to rush head long into the first thing that comes along but if we get past those first few dates and outings and we are both having a positive feeling about where things are going I’d rather get there sooner rather than later.

So some more about me, I love my job. However, my job does give me a schedule that not everyone likes or understands. I get more days off on average than the regular Monday through Friday 9 to 5, they can be any combination of week days or weekends so the chances that our schedules will match all the time are slim but it would give us ample opportunity to do things others wouldn't. I have a few things that I’ve taken as obligations to do each month but after that I’m pretty much happy going for a ride, going to my yoga class, taking a quick trip if the days allow, staying home and catching up on all the little domestic things that pile up or just read a book and relax.

I hope to find someone that I can share a great many things with. More importantly I would like to find someone that I can learn from but who also wants to learn from me so we can grow together.

On a first date, I think getting to know the other person is paramount. So a dinner a quite restaurant, or even just a cup of coffee and a walk. It's the interaction that is important. However, getting out playing mini golf is fun. I use to think dinner and a movie was good, but really you are spending half you time together in a dark room not necessarily paying attention to each other isn't all it's cracked up to be. So it's more about the interaction and less about the activity.
