Hmmm... let's see. I never really saw myself as an internet dating person, so here goes nothin! :) My name is Lauren, I'm 24 years old. I am a full-time nanny to 3 year old twins. They are a lot fun and I love them to death, but they keep me on my toes! I am outgoing, friendly and compassionate.I love animals and kids. I am currently going to school, and my major is Child Development.

I am a fun-loving, active, (looks can be deceiving people wink wink) pretty outgoing person. I have been called a "social butterfly" although I personally wouldn't describe myself as one. I was always very shy and self-conscious, but one day, I just decided to open up and try getting to know people, and it worked! I have also been described as a huge dork lol I enjoy playing video games (most of my girlfriends think I'm a freak haha), I watch anime, sing karaoke and walk my cat. So, I'll let you come up with your own conclusions :)

I am extremely loyal to the people I care about. I would do anything for my friends and family, and I know most of them would do the same for me.

Some of the things I love are: My family, my amazing friends, yoga, my pets, video games, karaoke, cooking and baking, gardening, reading, travel, decorating, doing hair, hiking, motorcycle riding, camping, going to the beach, I recently found out that jogging on a treadmill with my ipod is the way to go lol.

I love music of any kind (except most country lol) seriously though, I like everything from Beethoven, Wagner, and Celtic Women to Apocalyptica, Static-X and Bachelors of Science. Music is a huge part of my life and its always playing.

I can honestly say that the most influential person in my life was my grandfather. He was such an amazing man, and he really taught me a lot. He was more my father than my grandfather. Words can't describe how much he meant to me. He was the one who taught me right from wrong, how to live with honesty and integrity, and to respect myself and others around me. He taught me that the choices I make not only affect me, but everyone around me. I feel like he really helped to make me a better person.

Well let's see, as far as a potential "special someone", I am looking for a MAN who knows what he wants and has goals in life. I'm looking for someone who is stable, emotionally and financially. I'm also looking for someone who is not afraid to be themselves, even when they're around other people. Someone who is social, family oriented, has a good work ethic, generous, respectful, patient, thoughtful, confident, loving, loyal, protective and focused. And just so you know, I will be all of these things to my significant other.
