I grew up in Illinois and have lived in California for 4 years now. I moved out here mostly for the weather!!! I was tired of all the snow and cold wind!! I'd much prefer to be at the beach!

I am currently the Director of a Learning Center, where we help kids in Kindergarten through 12th grade do better in school. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! I've worked with kids my entire life and can't imagine doing something that does not involve working with children. What I like most about my job is that I truly make a difference and I, myself, grow as a person every day. I love that I too am constantly learning.

When I'm not working, I love watching movies and TV. I'm kind of addicted to reality TV - it's kinda pathetic...but I am. HAHA. I love spending time by the pool or at the beach. I enjoy hanging out with my friends - whether it be just meeting up for coffee or going out to a bar. I'm kinda a social butterfly, so wherever I go I tend to make my own fun. I truly enjoy meeting new people.

I guess what I'm looking for is what I'd think most people are looking for...that person that completes you. I'm happy as an individual, but I'd like to meet somebody that complements me. Somebody that I can laugh with, talk to about anything, feel comfortable around in dead silence, and obviously that I'm attracted to. I think it's hard to put what you're looking for into words...I believe that when you meet that person, you will just know. And even though we can all sit here and list off qualities that we want...that may all be thrown out the window completely when we meet the one. Maybe I'm asking for too much, but I don't want to settle for less than the fairytale.

Something super fun and relaxed...not so formal like a whole dinner. I love playing games and am very competitive, so some place like Dave & Buster's is always good!
