I'm currently an engineer for Bosch Rexroth. I have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from UNCC. Currently, I live by myself + a cat in Charlotte.

I'm looking for somebody to hang out with. A person that is independent and honest. Somebody who takes care of themselves and shares similar interests. Somebody with goals that wants to do something with their life. I'm open for taking the relationship further if there is already a solid friendship to start with.

I'm not here to find hanky-panky.

One of my hobbies is firearms. I own a number of them for target shooting, mainly. No, I'm not going out robbing banks and 711s. To this date, my guns haven't gone out and committed any crimes or took over my brain to make me do something illegal. Thought I'd let this one out up front. Some chicks don't like guns and find them to be a dinosauric turn-off.

I'm not a big party guy. I like people, hell I deal with them every day from all over the country; but, loud music, drinking, people spiking the punch or bringing special brownies is not for me.

I'm into traveling, preferably void of sea travel. I've been to Brazil, Canada, South Korea, the Caribbean, NY, NC, SC, VT, ME, FL, GA, AK, CA, OH, MA, PA, HI, and numerous other places. I'd like to go back to Hawaii and Alaska. I also want to tour Europe; preferably Italy, Germany, and the UK.

I don't drive a nice car. It's an old Civic with a dent that's probably viewable from space. My friend says that on the GPS, the icon isn't a car, it's a dent. Gotta say, though, it gets me from point A to B to C to W. Plus, it's all paid for and works.

Dinner, movie, shooting, staying home, whatever; I'm flexible with the dating activities. As long as it's not some strange activity like sniffing paint or knocking over cows, we can find something fun to do.
