Time to update the profile! First, I've decided to change the "what I'm here for" from 'dating' to 'long term'. Now, that doesn't mean I'm gonna rush right out and marry you! It just means I'm a little more ready to settle into something serious. Not that my past "dating" status was all that busy! I've never been a serial dater, and don't intend to be now.

I've had a couple of elective surgeries this year, hoping to get myself in tip top shape and become active again. I used to play sports but a sore elbow and shoulder have kept me from doing some of the things that I enjoy doing, so I'm hoping that soon I'll be back at them! Ummm, not hanging from the wings of airplanes or off the edges of cliffs, more like swinging a softball bat and shooting some pool... I used to shoot a pretty mean stick and can't wait to start again!

I love a great sense of humor, I use a lot of sarcasm, sometimes forget that people who don't know me may actually take me serious when 'I' think I'm being funny!
I'm just a regular girl looking for a regular guy... no frills, I love a long conversation, even a debate. A dinner at home, a ball game, a walk down the rail trail, maybe a weekend trip somewhere without much planning.

The one thing you will find about me is that I am loyal, if you are my friend, you will remain a friend. I believe in monogamy. I don't have time for liars, cheaters or any game players. If that is your intent, move on please. I can spot you coming... and I won't hesitate to call you out on it! However, if we become friends and for whatever reason we don't move on past 'friends' that's ok too, friends are good! You can't have too many friends! I expect respect and honesty from any of my friends and will settle for nothing less.

Now, that sounds like a pretty good woman to me!

I prefer meeting for a drink and maybe lunch or if you are lucky... dinner! I think first dates need to be casual and relaxed. Hopefully if things are comfortable we will progress from there... a long first date would be nice wouldn't it????
