I love to be active and I love to relax. I love to talk and laugh and I appreciate the silence. I’m always laughing or smiling or making someone else smile or laugh but I know when to be serious. I don’t have a big ego but I am secure of myself. I am serious, when necessary or appropriate besides, being silly is great!!

I was educated here and in Italy. Finished high school at MMA in Harlingen and my culinary degree in Italy.
I am well into my career and loyal to it. I am an executive chef of a restaurant and bar in Houston.
I am 35, born in Houston I am single, and I don’t have any children that I know of!

I've travelled the world I’ve been to beautiful places but Houston is my home. I have dual nationality, I spent the past 13 years in Europe. I returned to Houston couple years ago.
While I was gone I worked in, Italy, Belgium, France, England, Germany, Scotland, all over the alps, Sardinia, to become the very well rounded and experienced chef that I am. Don’t get me wrong.
