...we all have our little quirks and quams that make us unique. The trick is finding someone that compliments them and can embrace the qualities that make up who we are. At this point in my life I'm through searching and have realized I do not need someone but I want someone to share my life with.

Texas native who just moved back to the DFW area here looking around to see who's out there. I moved back to Texas to be close to my dauther who is now 8 and means the world to me. I'm a big music fan and go out to hear live bands as much as possible. I'm huge outdoorsy type of guy; my friends and I often hit the road to the ATV parks around the area to ride or just stay in town cooking out and a few drinks.

My personality traits tend to lean toward the humorous side, but thats not to say I do not have a seriousness to me either. I'm very much a professional from a career perspective but I also know that life is too short to take everything too seriously.

I'm a firm believer that you can't judge a book by its cover and I often look for a great personality more than outward appearances. I'm not really sure what my match is, I guess I'm just curious to see if there is someone out there that shares the same interests as I, but having said that I'm not looking for a woman who has drama spread far and wide (and by drama I mean self induced) I have too much going on and do not want to deal with it. In the end I'm looking for someone with sincerity and an open mind and one of the must have's is that she be secure with herself and definitely have a zest for living. Life's also to short to be playing the "What If" question game!

Something to note, as I stated above, I am a father and am one who is very much involved in his child's life; I really want to find someone who if family oriented and in my search I will be very particular because I firmly believe that my daughter comes first, hopefully that isn't too rude, in the end if something were to come to fruition there would have to be compatibility in regards to my match and my daughter.
