I am so easy going and able to get along with just about anyone! I am not whiney, ****y, moody, needy, jealous or neurotic. I am looking for the same! I deplore drama and manipulation. If there are issues, we take them head on, talk, get over it and move on. No silly games. I don't have time OR inclination to put up with all the games. I want to be involved with someone that is serious about having a real relationship that is full of responsibility, fun, happiness, life, friends, the world and living each day as if it were almost the last. Please read the previous line again and understand what that means. I am not looking for someone that doesn't know what they want. Do you know where you are going and know what you want in your life? Does it include a partner? If not, and you are only looking for someone to date forever...that won't be me. I am ready and in the right place to meet someone great and do all the hard work to make a relationship work. I am only waiting for the right person to come along. I am not settling for just anyone. He has to be THE ONE. Could that be you? Who knows....we all have to prove ourselves don't we?? LOL

Intimacy on all levels is hugely important. Not just in the bedroom but between the ears. Intimacy begins in the mind and is developed there and from there, into the heart. If you understand this, you will know what I am talking about. Most people think intimacy is just sexual. It is not. Sex is hugely important (AND FUN) but not the binding intimacy that is needed for a real relationship. Don't get me wrong I love sex!!

Committment is another virtue that I am looking for. Not necessarily marriage but if there is committment, true committment from the heart, that means the world to a relationship. I want to meet someone that is true to himself, his word and to those around him. If he says something, he means it and can back it up. No wishy-washy, phlim-phlam type of guy will work for me! Integrity!

HUMOR!! Can I possibly say more?? I love to laugh and I love being around people that make me laugh! Humor can get you through the best and worst of times. Relationships are dead without it! I want to laugh! I want someone to laugh with me! (or at me, if the case may be! I can take it and I can dish it out!)

I love to travel! I have been to Paris, Rome, London, Venice, Brussels, Amsterdam, Mexico, Belize, Sydney, Brisbane and a few more...just can't remember all of them! My travels changed my life. I see the world differently than I did before I traveled.

I LOVE to go some place new and find all the out of the way places that the locals hang out. Exploring is big on my list. I enjoy the "fly by the seat of your pants" type of travel with little or no plans. Just to pick a destination and go!

Art, architecture, museums and music are huge on my list of loves. I brought all those elements together when I created THE WALKWAY the summer of 2007. (See the picture above) I won the beautification award from the Village of Arlington Heights last year for my work there! It reminds me of Europe! The walkway is actually between the building that I live in and the restaurant next door. I garden there daily in warm weather.
