Lots of fish indeed. How much chance of finding the right one here??? Are you as optimistic as I? On-line dating really is quite a challenge, meeting someone at Trader Joe's seems so much more natural, don't you think?
I'm from a very large Irish Catholic family, all of us are very close and still have huge holiday get-togethers. I'm a lover of the outdoors, sailing and bicycling are two things that I really enjoy doing. Cooking is another big hobby, most every meal is made from scratch around here, though not all are quite the success one would hope for, I'm no Bobby Flay.
Being handy with tools and machines comes very natural to me, while I work as an electrical engineer, building and fixing things around the house and boat is another outlet of mine. Being self sufficient is important to me, and I'm not afraid to get a little dirty to do a job.
I really enjoy being with women who are very intelligent, and enjoy their life every day. I like people who are adventurous, and enjoy traveling off the beaten path. I'm looking for a gal who appreciates creating a nice place to come home to, and loves the chance to get away from time to time.Someone who would enjoy my cooking
My seventeen year old daughter in the photos is almost grown now, and living with her Mom. My dream is to start a relationship that could lead to a stable family with more children, with someone who is very much family oriented.
Writing this isn't too much fun, how do you write for an audience you have not met? Talking is so much more informative, if my profile strikes any interest let me know so we can connect.

A first date should be a simple thing. What more than good company and conversation does one need? Then again, a good cup of coffee never hurts.....
