About me... hmmmm. This is always the hard part. To try to extract something meaningful that will catch a woman's eye.

Well this is me. I am a fun, intelligent, understanding, romantic kinda guy. I like sunsets and I like holding hands. I like art and wine. I like taking a walk and noticing all the little things that you don't see and hear when you are driving. I like fishing and camping. I like sitting by the fire and telling stories.

I am a romantic at heart and shivalry is alive and well. I have good manners and I know how to treat a woman with respect and be honest. Giving a compliment and seeing that shining smile is the best part of my day. I try to build people up and not tear them down.

I have been through my fair share of challenges, but the best is yet to come. We all have baggage of some sort if you are honest and we have all been heartbroken at one time or another. But what you do with that is the important part. So Live your Life.

This life we all live is a journey, not a destination. So let's enjoy it.

I like movies, but with someone I know. You can't talk at the movie... well you aren't suppose to. Dinner is nice, if you have already established a connection of some kind and you feel a certain ease with a person. I think you would agree that dinner is a bad idea when you meet and then there is that uncomfortableness througout the whole dinner because you can't get past that ice-breaker.

So I prefer meeting at a cafe'. It is low-key, and low-pressure. If either one of us feels the need for flight, then at least we are on neutral ground.

But on the other hand, if we do get along well, then this is simply a stepping stone. Perhaps to a romantic dinner or a movie. Maybe a hike or walk by the lagoon. A short walk through the park to sit on the bench, talk, and enjoy a sunset. Tell me what you want to do. Then let's go...

No one is going to be 100% compatible.

So here's the brass tacks. If you are looking to mould and shape a man into that perfect fairy tale knight in shining armour who adores and worships only you, night and day and worship the very groud you walk on... Move on. This is not me. I am not a lump of play-dough or silly putty. I want to meet someone who will not walk in front of me or behind me, but walk with me. Be a woman and let me be a man. If you are a control freak, find someone else. I don't need another mommy. If you are a real person and make everyday the best it can be, then you are the woman I want to meet.

One more thing, this is supposed to be fun. So if you aren't having fun, you are probably doing it wrong.
