Have you ever thought about what it really means to be happy? Happiness is a journey and not a destination. You can't find happiness in another person, you have to find it in yourself. If you are a positive person, with a good outlook on life, and if you can find joy in the little things, happiness just naturally follows.

It's not all about reaching the goal, it's about the journey. If the journey is pleasant, reaching the goal is indescribable. Know what I mean? I am at a stage in my life where it's all about the journey. No longer so young that I am impatient, but more mellow, like a fine wine.

I'm sincere, honest to a fault and really enjoy being around people who are the same. I dislike dishonesty in a person. I would love to be the "one woman" for that "one man" that I know is waiting out there somewhere for me.

I do like quiet nights at home or fun nights out. I would like to meet someone with a sense of humor who can laugh with me, and make me laugh! A man who loves to entertain friends, and enjoys being with people is a real plus! I like to go to flea markets, antique stores, dinner, movies, listen to music, and go for long walks. I love the country, but am comfortable in the city too. I guess you could say I'm a little bit country and a little bit rock and roll! I have a very eclectic taste in music, everything from Christian, rock, country, blues, love listening to a good piano or guitar player. I am looking for friendship first, and if love comes later, that would be great too!

I like movies, either at home snuggled up on the couch with that special someone, or out at the theatre. I really enjoy live plays, and comedy, like the Skinny Improv, and live music.
