Low maintenance, capable of high performance. I am passionate, full of life and love to laugh. I am an active, outdoors-type of guy. At home you would usually find me in blue jeans and working on some project. I love animals and nature. But I've also been a professional working in suits and starched shirts 5 days a week. Now retired, my career has been interesting, varied, and successful. I am proud to be a pilot. I also like art and cultural events very much-- museums, theater, and the symphony. I am also very interested in international travel, and have already traveled or lived in many countries in Europe, the Caribbean area, and Africa. Something that always occupies my thoughts and energy is my community and the politics of our nation. Having served formerly as a staff member of the US Senate I suppose I will always be involved in politics. Also, giving back to the community is something that I consider essential, so I have volunteered for non-profit groups most of my life.
