I have been divorced for 16 years - married for about 2 minutes it seems and therefore I feel as though I have actually been single all my life. At this point in my life, I would prefer a long term relationship with someone who is looking for the same - and I do not care to engage in or get caught up in any drama, lies, games or otherwise. I'm past all that and comfortable with myself enough that I find all that a BIG turn-off. However, in the interim I guess the inevitable "intimate encounter" is most likely to occur. That can be fun too! I won't complain - but t's not my ultimate goal. Contradiction? You betcha! Do I care to explain or elabrate? No. Bottom line: my ultimate goal is to not die alone - and in the meantime I want to enjoy the intimate part of life. Maybe along the way I'll meet a man who is looking for the same thing and we hit it off. But I'm not necessarily counting on that. My experience with online "dating" is they are basically booty calls. ESPECIALLY the free sites!!!! Don't read too much into what I'm trying to say here - it'll probably make your head spin.

So anyway, my ideal person would be someone who has already been married, has done the kid thing and does not want any more children, 30-55 years of age, and self sufficient.
