I'm generally an optimistic and active person with a zeal for life. I've been self-employed for many years, I'm self-reliant and often a curious soul. IF you enjoy reading, according to Helen Fisher's (Chemistry dot com) book "Why Him? Why Her?" my personality types are that of an explorer/director. You may find it to be an insightful read. Do you know your type? We all need to start someplace... a great conversation can lead in many directions and present great opportunities! Matching up desired attributes, values and goals is certainly not easy, all this before we consider timing and logistics makes for a great challenge.
I'm seeking that special connection with an intelligent self-confident woman who is young at heart and capable of a provocative conversation or playful respectful banter on a variety of topics... from serious to the silly. FRIENDSHIP is THE KEY to a successful relationship... as a partnership. I like all types of music, especially Blues & Jazz. I'm not in retirement or grandpa mode, rather I'm eager to actively explore our globe, with an active fun-loving woman (enjoying a day at Cedar Point or exploring Hocking Hills, and nurture a lasting friendship with someone special. I am a loyal Buckeye fan; for about 11 years I lived with my three-wheeled companion named ABBy (a cancer victim after 20 months) who accompanied me most places daily. She was super affectionate, but not much of a conversationalist tho... LOL! I do enjoy helping cook dinners together in the kitchen or on the patio... this is a prime time for a glass of wine, to catch-up on each other's busy day, to relax, unwind and savor an engaging conversation as best friends. I live in the German Village area with ABBy, but have been contemplating a move... I'm open to change and the possibilities.
Do you consider yourself to be a 'dyanmic' or an effervescent person? Ideally you will be reasonably active, fit, height / weight proportionate, enjoy conversing, and most importantly you are a beautiful person on the inside too! Different interests/friends actually complement any relationship so some degree of independence is a plus. RELAX: I'm not a sports TV couch dud (I mean spud), not a 'player' and I don't own or want a Harley! I do enjoy riding my bike thru the parks and bike trails. Mentally I'm more inclined to hop a plane or a cruise. My passport is itching to explore or impulsively take advantage of the travel deals now being offered... can you call in sick next week? LOL!
