So this blue-eyed fella, a rare California native with cute and constant smile, dimples and a cleft chin is a good catch for the right lady. I'm fun and enjoy a good adventure. I'm responsible and a homeowner now for 10 years. No kids but I'm a cool uncle.

As silly as it may sound, I believe the best is yet to be and am an optimistic man. I believe that if one is still on two feet then they need to be out there and try to make a difference. It's amazing how far simple courtesies go, don't you think?

I enjoy theatre, travel, golf, football, concerts, the symphony, art, museums and sporting events and dining..4-star restaurant or your basic hot dog stand--does not matter as long as we are enjoying ourselves. So I need someone to do these things with and who can embrace some of the finer things in life. My schedule allows some flexibility and spontaneity, so if a day trip is what's needed then so be it!

Travel is my work and passion. Besides cruise ships my preferences are places like Canada, New England, the British Isles, Europe and Scandinavia. I love the vistas, landscapes, the cities and the people are very friendly. The glaciers and fjords must be seen.

The acting/theatre side of me is a true passion and visit S.F. often for acting/voice work or travel-related events. With acting I love that it is a continual learning and collaborative process.

I prefer a woman with a life and mind of her own. She must have a good heart, be nice, accomplished, educated, have social sensibilities, loves travel, seeks adventure, speaks her mind and embraces a challenge. She's happy with her life but knows there's still more around the corner. A woman who makes me feel that when I'm in her orbit, just her and I matter. She is supportive and has my back as I will watch hers.

What makes me unique is that I tend to be moderately liberal in my values but there are absolutes. I believe and trust in God. But I would not push my faith or belief on others; I'm a tolerant and open-minded guy. I can be a trivia expert with the most inane stuff--which speaks to my inner nerd.

So just looking to start slow as friends and let's see how it goes. I tend to have a lot on my plate but who doesn't nowadays?

Note: If one is allergic to cats or just not an animal lover it won't work. I adopted my late mom's cat; she is the sweetest thing and of course, the world's smartest cat.
