I am from Ireland have lived in LA for the last 13 years. I have a mixture of works and pastimes which are sort of all interconnected, they include, medicine, (am an MD) music, (now releasing second album), business (CEO of an Artist Internet company).

I am soft spoken, very tender hearted but am also a warrior navigating the world around me. I am a sensitive person, care deeply about my family and friends and community. I travel a lot to Asia and Europe for work and have two very beautiful late teen girls, one in her last year of school, heading off to college next year. I meditate and sing/chant and swim most days, love to keep fit and eat well. I am a passionate sort of person.
