So we all have our wants, needs, must haves, must nots and so on, but over the period of time I have realized that first of all we are individuals and the key is to respect our differences.

What do I desire? - Passion, spontaneity, smiles, affection, humility, acceptance, surprises (even when they don't come in pretty boxes), unpredictability and just being "high" on life.

I despise - ambiguity, irresponsibility, apathy, immorality and deceit.

What do I do when I am not crunching out some code?

Hanging out with friends at a local pub or wherever they would like to hang :)
Shooting pool
Karaoke
Biking in summer
Scrabble-movies-videogames on a night in
A walk in the park or sand under a starry sky
Experimenting in the kitchen
Tasting different cuisines
Dancing
Rock music among other genres
Camping in the redwoods when it is pouring

My idea here is not finding someone who is very much like me but someone whom I can have a true symbiotic relationship with and share life's mysteries, wonders and simple pleasures. I do have my desiderata but someone with a warm and sincere heart can make my flowers bloom.

All said and done, I am changing and adapting everyday along with the rest of the world, I am sure there is more about me that would surprise me and others in times ahead. This is my perspective about myself which could be seriously flawed :). If my thoughts resonate with yours, I would love to hear from you.
