I'm a typical fire-sign, love music, arts, nature, literature, travel. WLTM someone who can keep up with me, shares at least some of my interests, enjoys a good laugh about life, the universe and everything. And maybe a glass of wine or two. Someone who has a serious side, and yet doesn't take things too seriously if you know what I mean.

I have a very dry sense of humour, 'dry as a nun's crutch' someone once told me. I need laughter in my life, lots of it, and it's not much fun laughing on your own, even if the comedy (Peter Kay, Bill Bailey, Bill Hicks, Billy Connolly) is good.

I listen to music a lot, everything from rock to techno to house to hiphop to dubstep.

Love animals and would like to own another dog or two one day, but they are a lot of responsibility you know!

I went to prep school, had a scholarship to a grammar school, and got good A-Levels in all the sciences, so I'm not a thicko. Having been a successful contractor throughout my thirties I'm now in the final year of a degree in Multimedia, studying video and broadcast. I wanted to go back to education to get the qualification and after that I may study for a masters. After which I'd like to travel some more, and set up my own firm - I'm pretty independent and like to be my own boss.

Women? I like intelligent, funny, articulate types. I don't want someone who will tell me I'm right when I'm wrong. Having said that I'm not obsessively posessive or jealous of your time, and I do believe that freedom makes the world go around.

Coffee or a drink maybe. Pistols at dawn. Don't particularly mind.
