Hi,
I am a widow of 4 years now. So I think it's time to get out and start over again. I have lived in Oregon since 1975, before that I lived in Roswell New Mexico, and no I didn't see any aliens although my brother does live near the site where they were suppose to have landed back in 1947. I am retired and I am going to start some traveling a bit as I have gotten cabin fever from all this rain, wind, and snow we've had this year.I've always loved country music and I would like to go to where the history is so maybe Nashville although that's pretty far for me to start out alone for a first trip, so maybe I'll do some short ones around our state first.. And then on to New England and see the beauty and splendor there.But I don't want to go alone. This country is much to beautiful to see without someone to share it with.And this life is far to short to live, without the happiness of being able to be with another person to love and cherish. So that is what I am looking for I am a very committed person when I love, I love with all my heart and for all time.I don't want a one night stand as so many of the men seem to want on these web sites, perhaps I'm going to the wrong place but where do you go when you don't know anyone and you have been married for 30 years, and you don't want to hang out in a bar? So here I am. I was a lab assistant in a medical lab in Newport on the coast(yes a blood sucker)I loved it, we owned a sewing & vacuum shop, my husband ran that. We owned our home there for twenty years until he died well we lived in Waldport 2 blocks from the ocean so I'm not to anxious to go back to the coast. I would walk the beach everyday. Now I would like to go see a different type of country.So guys that's my story and I'm sticking to it if you think you are man enough to tackle this tough old broad then let's try to see if we can make a connection, if not then you have probably just passed up the best woman for you.

Well since it's winter and it's rainy, & cold I guess we could meet at a restraunt and have coffee or whatever and chat for awhile. Then if the chemistry feels right we could procede to the next step.
