Actually, I love dogs--just trying to get your attention. Originally from New Jersey, I moved to Boulder, CO in 1975, where I now own a high-tech company. I am very secure with my life and the direction it's going. I am strong-willed, determined, confident, but also very sensitive, caring and not afraid to show my emotions. Although I'm not religious, I deeply value my Jewish "roots", but have leanings toward Eastern Philosophy. I am very passionate about the people and things I love. I'm very much a romantic--believe in love (or at least instant chemistry) at first sight, yet believe love grows with time. I'd like to make a commitment to one special woman with whom I could share my life, common interests and explore new ones together. I don't mind a little baggage, as long as we're traveling together. I enjoy discovering new things and must delve deeply into each until I'm proficient at them. I enjoy quiet times at home as well as physical activities--everything from reading and writing poetry to cycling, scuba diving, martial arts/Tai Chi and riding my Harleys. But, I'm not looking for a biker chick, nor do you necessarily have to even like motorcycles. So, don't love or hate me for my Harley, but love me for who I am. I love nature, hiking and just enjoying the wonderful area I live in. I love Jazz and Classical--Beethoven knocks my sox off. I value honesty and integrity and will go out of my way to help someone and never ask for anything in return. I'm trustworthy, loyal, kind, considerate...geesh, sounds like a Boy Scout. ;-)

My ideal woman: attractive, but with a natural beauty that shines from within, and has a sense of style and sophistication uniquely her own (in other words, she might seem as beautiful to me whether in jeans or a gown, whether perfectly groomed or a little disheveled). She might be a little demure yet feisty, a Tomboy at times and other times very feminine, very passionate about her life, work and family, and allow me to touch her soul, looking into each other's eyes and both realizing an instant attraction at the same moment--getting lost in each other's persona...a love so deep; no one, no words, or thing could ever tear us apart.

Great conversation during a quiet dinner and stroll along a favorite place, just holding hands and "breaking the ice." Or, the first meeting might be over coffee or a light brunch. Then, any place or anything would be the perfect venue for a date. For, the perfect date would be a place of mind as long as we're together.
