About Me
Many have said it throughout my life and I've never disagreed: I am like a dog, more or less-- playful, loyal, fierce from time to time, and willing to eat anything in sight.
I smile a lot. I laugh big.
I try very hard to dot my i's and cross my t's.
I talk, I listen; I think and I act (all in good proportion).
My heroes include Herodotus, George Washington, Indiana Jones, Sherlock Holmes, Mike Singletary, Ozzie Guillen, Sanjuro in "Yojimbo", "Sam" in Ronin, "Omar" on The Wire, Abraham Lincoln, Barack Obama, Maynard James Keenan and Lou Holtz.
I think an independent, discerning mind is the best thing a person can contribute to society, and it is up to every one of us individually to fight for ours and keep it limber, supple, in shape and ready for use.
And I think music will indeed save us, but not the world.
