I enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Being in the helping profession humbles me and makes me grateful. I value the environment and strive to conserve resources as I can. I enjoy my church as a place of worship and a vehicle to serve those less fortunate than myself. I am not hung up on denominations but rather seek to feel comfortable and welcomed there. I take time to take care of myself as anyone in the helping profession needs to do. I am fortunate to have alot of time off which allows me to travel. I enjoy people but also enjoy my time at home. Some may say I am a homebody, and I am fortunate not to feel lonely or bored. It is hard to be lonesome as I have this adorable and well behaved dog - you are thinking, "yeah right, everybody thinks their dog is well behaved". His name is Jasper, and he really is a good dog!! It seems I find something interesting to do wherever I may be. I have been told I have a good sense of humor, and I love to laugh. I can have a potty mouth and blame that on being a nurse... you gotta have some humor to survive. I enjoy a glass or two of red wine at night before and during dinner - a wonderful way to enhance the food AND relax!

On a first date, I would hope to go out to dinner so that I could talk to my date. I love to eat and cannot think of a better thing to do with my date. I enjoy all eating experiences whether it be in a dive, a fine dining establishment, or somewhere in between. I love ethnic food as well as an all American meal. By now, you are probably thinking that I am food focused or a bulemic or something...
After dinner, it would be nice to walk downtown, window shop, and all the while talking as we learn about each other.
