For all intense and purposes, I will start out that I am a BMW-Black Man Working. My life revolves around my three high maintenance children. I have a son (Jade-14), two daughters (Iesha-12 and Alexandra-10). It is not a cliche' to say that they are my life. They are my gift from God but of course when they are "cutting up", they can seem be a curse, notice I said seem, but that being said, I don't know what I would do without them. They motivate me to "keep on keeping on". They are my pride and my joy and does my heart good when they tell me, unsolicitated, that I am the best daddy in the world. Sometimes I don't if I am doing right by them. I do research for a utilities company, I am thinking about going back to school to get my Masters but it is very difficult to do more when my life is completely filled with work and a young family.

My prospective partner should be able to get along with my children and if a new lady comes into my life with children, I will have to get along with them. I want a woman that knows what she wants and how to articulate it to me. Someone said Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus. Obviously, most men and women do not think alike but as adults we should hopefully be able to come to a compromise when we have disagreements. I do not mind an aggressive woman, I don't have a problem with a woman being outspoken but definitely am not looking for woman who thinks she can be my surrogate mom. I would like to be able to have deep complex discussions with, also just a woman who has a sense of humor and we can just sit and talk, about anything that is on our minds. I would like for my woman not to be too independent and let me do things for her, not because I have to but because I want to. My woman should be my rock, to encourage and support me and tell me I am being an "ass" when I truly am being one. But my woman should never belittle or degrade. This is the woman I am looking for, hopefully, there is someone out there just for me.

I am a fairly good cook. At least, my kids, sisters, nieces and nephews seem to think so. If I had a choice, I would rather not cook but with kids, fast food is convenient but expensive. So I cook because I have to. On occasion I like to take my children out to dinner, sometimes I will take my sister and brother-n-law. The restaurants we frequent is either Captain D's, Outback, Full Moon and Logan's Roadhouse. Not much for going to clubs, having a family bar-b-que just to have and no special reason is what we normally do. Don't like rap, love R&B from the 70 and 80s. It is just good music, I even understand the words. I would take the lady in life to a concert, every once in awhile but I would rather spend quality time with her.

Movies and/or dinner would be my first thing
