About Me:
I'm a bachelor, living in a bachelor suite. I completed two Bachelors degrees: one at UBC and one at UofA. That's how I end up in Alberta.

I moved to Grande Prairie in August 2008 without knowing anyone. So far I've met a few interesting people through work, sports, and volunteering. My first volunteering was in October 2008. Yep, two months after moving here. It was for Coats For Kids. Thereafter...

Living a single life can suck sometimes. I'm in my 30's and not sure when I'll see someone special in Grande Prairie. Never married once, never had a girlfriend before. We'll see... If there is no progress in my search for a relationship here, I will most likely relocate again. :(


WHAT DO YOU DO DURING YOUR TIME?
Free time? Do I have free time??? You know, I have a full-time job. Actually I have plenty of free time. That's why I have time volunteering. When I have time, usually I just stay home, working on my websites, reading news online, doing accounting & financial planning. Sometimes I'll go out for grocery shopping, of course; I have to eat, too. :) I don't eat out that much. What's the point of dining out by myself??? :|

Quite frequently I want to go travel and visit some bizzare places, but I end up cancelling the plans because....

1. I prefer someone to go with me. Being single and living alone, I find it difficult to fulfill this requirement. :(

2. Taking photos of just scenery isn't good enough. I want me in the photo, but again it will be difficult to take photos with me in the photos if I travel alone. :(

3. Sometimes I think it's safer to travel with a companion, in case something goes wrong. Often time, I want to go hiking and visit some remote areas, but...you know, I'm living in a "bear" country. Hiking alone can be really dangerous.


WHAT INTERESTS/HOBBIES DO YOU HAVE?
I used to collect stamps. Lots! Tens of thousands! I can't even keep track. Now I don't collect stamps as much. Once in a while I'll still cut the stamps off the envelope and save them. :) I used to play piano very often while living with parents. Now I don't have piano with me, so my skill deteriorates fast. However, I bought a Chinese voilin (or erhu) recently, and hopefully I'll learn how to play it by myself.


DO YOU PLAY SPORTS?
I'm not into sports that much. Occasionally I'll play tennis, go swimming, biking, curling, and perhaps do some workout at home.


WHAT TV SHOWS DO YOU LIKE?
I don't have TV right now, so I only watch shows here and there online. I like shows with lots of actions. Despite I'm in my 30's, I like to watch cartoons still and seem to watch Japanese animes a lot. The current Japanese anime that I watch regularly is Naruto Shippuden which has lots of ninja actions. :D

Coffee, a walk in the park, anything is good. I'm open to anything as long as we have a good time.
