Well, to start, I’m a fresh college grad who is still trying to find a job in the fields I graduated in. However as we all know the economy blows right now, especially in IL, so no such luck yet. In the mean time I’m just hanging out with the family and helping out around the house, getting used to living back home again. However it hasn’t been as bad as I imagined, I really missed my family while I was away at school and so it’s been nice reconnecting with everyone.

As of right now, I’m not really looking for any sort of serious relationship. However I wouldn’t be adverse to it if the right guy came along. For now though I’m simply a single gal, just trying to figure out a few things, looking to make friends. I would say that when I first meet someone I’m pretty shy and quiet, but once I get to know someone I definitely open up. I’m a very patient person, I’m a listener for the most part but pick the right topic and I can talk a mile a minute.

I am a huge movie buff, I love all kinds of movies, most of which I end up introducing to friends who would otherwise never see them. I just love movies, they’re awesome to get lost in, or just enjoy for the heck of it. I also have a lot of favorite shows which I follow, I’m definitely a fan of the strange and supernatural, which means I watch such shows as True Blood,(the books were phenomenal), Doctor Who, Dead Like Me, Eureka… the list goes on and on really, lol. I also love to read, books are usually way better than the shows or movies based on them, but I think it’s simply because your imagination has no limits, where as movies and shows do.

I’ll admit I’m a bit of a homebody, however I do like going out. I love going to the bars, especially with my cousins because they know how to have a good time, plus being the youngest has its perks cause the older ones are always buying and introducing me to new drinks, lol. I love to dance, I may not be the best dancer, but I still have a lot of fun regardless. I also have recently gotten into the habit of working out, and I have to say that I absolutely love it. It’s become a daily routine, and it’s something that I look forward to, especially because job hunting isn’t going too well. :)

As far as music is concerned, I love country music the most, with Gretchen Wilson and Taylor Swift at the top of my list of favorite artists. But I do listen to other kinds of music, such as pop, R&B, alternative… pretty much a little of everything except heavy metal or jazz.

If all of this isn’t enough info, here’s a few extra little random things about me, enjoy! :)
1. I love to sing along to the radio in my car, as long as it’s turned up all the way so I can’t hear myself, and no one else is there to suffer either, lol!
2. I love to sit outside at night when the weather permits, and just stare at the stars and the moon.
3. I love rainstorms, they are just so relaxing.
4. There’s nothing like a hot cup of cocoa when it’s freezing outside.
5. I love to play board games, especially the ones that challenge you to be creative and really think outside the box.
6. I love to eat green apples because they are so sour and tart, the red ones are too sweet for me.
7. I’m obsessed with, “The Nightmare Before Christmas” I collect tons of random things from the movie.
8. Find the show, “I Didn’t Know I Was Pregnant” absolutely horrifying and fascinating.
9. I love all things supernatural.
10. Truly believe that a day without laughter is a day wasted.
