I don't take people without integrity or ambition seriously. I think it's very important to be mindful of what's going on in our country, and our world, so I find it very important that someone feel comfortable expressing their opinions even if it's not the 'norm.'

A text message to wish someone luck or just say hi, a card that reminds you of your best friend, buying a gift that only you and the receiver understand...Little things in life are what counts. Everyone likes to know they are special to someone else, and I'm no different.

Some of my favorite things...Football, fall, the smell of pine trees, lip gloss, small dogs, intimate restaurants, a good beer, musicians in the subway, a good book, volunteerism, dive bars, my nephews and niece

Take me to your favorite restaurant, hopefully somewhere I've never been, and let me order the food. Or let's going to a sporting event; if we are rival fans, even better- a little competition never hurt anyone! Anything that's fun, different/original, will make for a good first date in my book.
