Well first things first, I am a sous chef at the Motor City Casino. Not a big fan of working for unions, but oh well. I graduated from culinary school couple years back and I am very passionate about cooking and food in general. If you need help with a conversation starter with me, try something that has to do with food. I finally get to work mornings so it is a nice change. I am very athletic and enjoy sports. I usually go for a run or to the gym in my free time. I listen to most music, but tend to lean more towards country and alternative rock. I love going to wine tastings. I am thinking of trying to develop scratch n sniff stickers to put on wine bottles. I mean what a great way to know what kind of wine you are gonna get. I have always wanted to go sky diving. Naturally I have the dream of opening my own restaurant, hopefully in NY.(gotta dream big) I have a great relationship with my family and relatives. Although I can be pretty sarcastic at times, I have a good heart and am an all around nice guy. I am religious and am very thankful to God for all he has given me. I am pretty much down for anything from drinks at the bar to watching a movie on the couch. I am very laid back and am just enjoying what life has to offer. Anything else, just ask.

No offense to anyone who has kids but I'm not ready to deal with little ones yet, that's why I am not a teacher. I do not mind tattoos and piercings, just that shouldn't be the only thing I see when I look at you. Being religious, athletic, goal oriented are important also. No vegetarians either please. I would like to be able to cook for two soon.

Isn't the girl suppose to decide this?? Oh wait,I thought it said "where do you want to go shopping", nevermind...Meet for a drink or take a walk around the zoo...if you are lucky maybe I will cook for ya ;)
