I love music of all kinds; I enjoy everything from classical to disco and soul. In fact, we had a family band that we jokingly referred to as “the partridge family,” and we performed at the local clubs in our small town. It would be fun to meet someone who likes to dance as much as I do, or at least be willing to try. I´m happy with many of the simple things in life, like walking my “schnoodle” or riding bikes with a friend. I love to cook and am told I make a mean meatloaf and lasagna. My grown daughter and son have each given me beautiful grandbabies this past year and periodically I love to shower them with hugs and kisses! Because I grew up on the Gulf Coast, I go several times a year to the ocean to revive my spirit. Swimming, water skiing, and an evening around the campfire roasting hot dogs and marshmallows is so relaxing and fun. Besides my love of the outdoors, I also enjoy a romantic meal by candlelight at a fine restaurant or just being home with popcorn and DVD´s. A great ending would be cuddling by the fireside with a glass of wine!
Who I Am : I´m a down-to-earth southern gal who can be as comfortable in jeans and a sweatshirt as I am in a beautiful gown. In fact, I love being feminine and treated like a lady, but I can also have fun on camping trips and outdoor events. I´m very much a “people” person because I´m sensitive, kind, and nurturing. I´m very patient, loving, and giving with an upbeat, positive attitude and I believe the glass is half full, not half empty. I´ve been told I´m soft and sensitive, but also strong and confident.
What I'm Looking for : I´m looking for my best friend, soul mate, and lover. Someone who is fun to be with and a great companion to share my life with. I need a kind, sensitive, patient man who is as loving and giving as I am. I would hope he is financially secure and looking for a monogamous relationship. Hope he´s vital, fun and trustworthy with a good nature and sense of humor.
