I'm a laid-back guy with a variety of interest that range from sports, working out, travel, culture, good conversation (that range from philosophy to politics and everthing in between), music/dance, camping, and a hodgepodge of other things. I enjoy mental stimulation most so if there's someone out there that has diversity in their personality and conversation, has a passion for culture, keeps up with what's going on in the world around them, and has the ability to take a stance on an issue they can defend with logic and real data...we'll probably get along just grand.

If you happen to like playing Chess, Scrabble, Othello, or any other game of strategy that's a bonus. Even if you don't know how to play, but you're more than open to learning how to play...that's just as impressive. I think the fun part in getting to know people is having the flexability to learn new things by being open to exploring interest you may have never considered by allowing people to share their passions with you and you sharing yours with them. There's nothing sexier than a mental stimulation, so I welcome things that explore that.

I like people who are well-read and doers (why talk about it when you could be busy doing it). I dislike people who enjoy sitting on the fence and watching the world pass them by.

A first date with me all depends on the mood I'm in and the person I'm going out with. If it's going to be the same for every kind of woman I might meet, I might as well be a cookie cutter...and I'm nowhere near being a cookie or a cutter.
