I was born in South Carolina, moved to Florida when I was 11, grew up in Tampa and have been in South Fla. since 1990. I enjoy So. Fla. with all it has to offer,but like to get away and relax in a slower paced environment. I especially like the Keys (very relaxing), whether it's fishing, diving or just hanging out by the water with friends.

I have two grown daughters, one married, the other will be this August.( Finally) Both have earned their Masters Degree and have promising careers. I also have a grandson that I can now spoil to my hearts content.LOL


I like to travel to areas a little less crowded than So.Fl. ie: Crystal River-Homasassa- St. Agustine, N.C.Mountains, or anywhere out West. But there's really no place like home.

I also enjoy taking trips on my motorcycle.I've traveled to many of the National Parks,North & Southeastern States,the West,as well as Canada. It's amazing how the senses are piqued (sights,sounds,and smells)when experienced from the seat of a motorcycle. I would imagine that touring in a convertable with the top down would give a similar experience. For me I prefer the motorcycle.

I am an easy going,down to earth person,with traditional southern values. I have a kind heart and am a giver,not a taker,sometimes to a fault. I'm not into the bar scene,but prefer quiet out of the way places.I am comfortable in formal attire when required,but slacks or jeans is more my style.

I love working with my hands and am quite good at any task that I attempt.I can do most any mechanical work as well as home repairs.

I am happy with my life, have achieved most of my goals, but lack that one special lady, with similar interests and values, to share those experiences with. And ultimately lead to a long term relationship.
