I tend to say what I think, when I think it, as i believe honesty and straight talking is a must have in any relationship that I’m a part of. It's simple I, like to laugh and be happy, I like to enjoy life as I'm often reminded as to how little time we really have on this little blue marble.

As for work, I've done a little bit of everything over the years but I'll stick to the highlights. I've been a realtor, business owner, photographer and computer guy, in no particular order. I'm happy to have recently returned to a career which I'm very passionate about and truly enjoy. It's amazing to actually like going to work everyday, I've not listed it because you'll just have to ask me about it.

Hobbies and things I like to do... Photography is more of a part-time deal for me, I'll shoot fashion or even the occasional destination wedding. My favourite thing to shoot is 'truth' wherever I find it. I think I still enjoy playing with cameras because it's not work to me. I also enjoy motorcycles, working out and going to movies. Of course there's more but consider this the teaser.

I don't keep track of movie stars, and their tabloid lives. I just really like watching movies letting them take me on an adventure without going anywhere. That's not to say I don't like a real adventure. I love to travel and explore and have been fortunate to have done a great many miles. The travel bug runs strong in me and I would like to visit everywhere I haven't been and a few trips back to the places I've really enjoyed. I tend to avoid the "all inclusive" or "rot on the beach resorts" and prefer to bus, walk, motorcycle or drive around exploring at my own pace. If you love to travel we'll have great fun.

I like people who know who they are, what they want and are open to sharing those insights. Unfortunately I totally failed mind reading 101 but I'm told they're going to run the course again in the spring. I'm looking for someone who likes to smile, laugh and enjoy. it sounds simple but it's oddly difficult to find. I'm also big on independence and brains, I've dated ditzy and co-dependent and I'm afraid I simply can't deal anymore no matter how good they may look in a bikini.

I'm not interested in clubbing every weekend, hiking every weekend, in fact I'm not interested in anything EVERY weekend. I'm about variety and spontaneity in fact I'm open to almost anything, and if I'm not I will provide a really good excuse.

I'm interested in meeting someone whom I get along with and I can't get enough of, butterflies and tingles would be nice too. I'm a bit of a romantic, but not a cheesy mushball! Although i do consider myself open minded, I must make note that I am usually physically attracted to slim or toned women, who take care of their appearance.

I don't plan that far ahead, but a great first date would start with getting along so well that we wished the night to go on forever, forgetting the time and only being reminded as the sun comes up. That, or ice cream... I just like ice cream!
